Main Stones: How long does moissanite last? Our main stones should last a lifetime and never scratch, chip, dull, or change color. However, due to factors beyond our control that could be a result of circumstance depending on daily wear, we offer a 1 year warranty on our main stones. If the stone chips, scratches, changes color, or falls out on your piece, you are eligible for replacement and resetting of the stone during the warranty period.
Jewelry (Settings) / Side stones: We stand by quality work, so if your piece breaks, or stones under 2mm fall out we will repair the piece for you within 1 year of the your original purchase date. Regular wear and tear such as re-dipping gold, scratches to metal mounts/settings, broken claws, bending or softening of the precious metal/gold - is not covered by warranty.
How to manage a warranty repair/replacement: In the event your item meets the criteria above, you will only be responsible for the shipping and handling of your item back to Honest Solitaire for inspection. Upon review, we will approve or decline your request for warranty service. When we have approved your request, we will repair/replace stones appropriately and cover shipping of the item back to you. Honest Solitaire is not responsible for items lost in transit to us by the courrier. We strongly recommend you include tracking and insurance when sending an item to us in the event your piece is lost in transit. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org to start a warranty claim.
Extended Warranty: We offer the option to add extended warranty of either 5 or 10 years through CheckMarked. You can add it directly from the product selection screen when you are customizing your piece on our builder. Extended Warranty is final sale under with no exceptions and you agree to this condition by purchasing.
Hello, thank you for visiting our website. Just before we get started, we'd like to update you on how things have changed recently. We are still taking orders, however while we are aiming for a 4-6 week delivery, some orders will be delayed up to 9 weeks depending on each circumstance.
